HOLE 1
The most difficult hole on the front nine, a par four running alongside a dry flood river bed. There is nothing protecting the front of the green, which is protected by pine trees and lateral bunkers, especially two quite deep ones to the left.

HOLE 2
A complicated hole, especially when playing into the breeze, which is quite common. When driving, beware of the bunkers on the right side of the fairway and the out-of-bounds to the left. The shot to the quite narrow green must be carefully measured, due to the presence of front bunkers and a steep slope and a bunker behind.

HOLE 3
A par 3 with an elongated water obstacle to cross. The hole is exposed and plays into the sea breeze. If the green is overdriven, the return shot is difficult, especially with a long pin position.

HOLE 4
A long but reasonably easy hole with a wide fairway and a slight dogleg to the left. The main dangers are the out-of-bounds to the left when playing from the white or yellow tea-markers and the large bunkers protecting the green on the right.

HOLE 5
The easiest hole on the course. The only real difficulty is the sloping green (downhill from back to front).
Note: Toilet facilities and a drinking fountain (free access) at the tee.

HOLE 6
A par four with a sharp dogleg to the left and flanked on that side by an out-of-bounds. A long drive “cutting the corner” is seldom worth the risks entailed. The green has two platforms and a considerable slope downhill from back to front. Recovery from an overshot is extremely difficult.

HOLE 7
An elevated tee frequently brings the lateral breeze into play. Bear in mind the considerable length of the green when choosing a club and the lateral bunkers. A shot that strays a little to the right may end up deviated a long way.

HOLE 8
A downhill par 4 with a slight dogleg to the left protected by an out-of-bounds and pine trees. From the white and yellow tee-markers, an average or long hitter should play the tee shot over the out-of-bounds in order to avoid the fairway bunker and trees on the right. The green has two platforms.
Note: Don’t forget to ring the bell after all players have played beyond it.

HOLE 9
A relatively long par five, flanked by the railway line on the right. Beware of the fairway bunker when teeing off. The green is protected by front bunkers which make the entrance narrow, especially with a short pin position. Otherwise, it is not a specially complicated hole.
Note: There is a bar selling refreshments and snacks beside the green.

HOLE 10
The shortest hole on the course and also reasonably easy due to the elevated tee. The bunkers surrounding the green and the out-of-bounds on the right are the only difficulties.
Note: Toilet facilities (painted in green and white stripes) and a drinking fountain (free access) on the left just beyond the front tee.
Yo pondría que, a partir de este hoyo, la numeración es doble, ya que a veces se juega el once y a veces no. También diría que hay que andar un trozo por la anulación de parte del hoyo. Recuerda que esta explicación es para guiris!

HOLE 11 (NOT ALWAYS INCLUDED)
Pone que es par 4. Lo he cambiado.
A par 3, with out-of-bounds on the right and a narrow bunker along the front edge of the green.

HOLE 12 (11)
The shortest and easiest par 4 on the back nine. The fall of a long drive can reach the narrowest part of the fairway that is also protected by a bunker on the left side. However, the main risks are on the right side of the fairway in the form of a water hazard, while pine trees and a bunker can cause problems for the chip shot onto the green.

HOLE 13 (12)
A fairly straightforward par 4 with a dogleg to the left, defined by bunkers. The left edge of the water obstacle to the right of the tee comes into play for short hitters, especially from the back tee, and the out-of-bounds to the right of the fairway is a risk for long hitters. The green is quite big but protected by a long narrow front bunker.

HOLE 14 (13)
A reasonably short par 3, but the green is surrounded by water obstacles (frontal and on the right side and at the back) and has a large bunker on the left.

HOLE 15 (14)
One of the longer par 4s, with a dogleg to the left and a bunker and a pine copse to discourage players from “cutting the corner”. The slightly elevated sloping green, with a higher platform on the left, is protected by a deep left front bunker and a shallower one to the right.
Note: Toilet facilities (free access) between the green and the next tee.

HOLE 16 (15)
The longest (over 500m.) and most difficult hole on the entire course. The main dangers are close to the green, where the fairway narrows and is bounded by three water obstacles and a deep bunker to the right of the green. A chip shot that only reaches the edge of the green may roll back into the bunker or the water obstacle. The green has two platforms, with the longest pin position to the left on the lower platform.

HOLE 17 (16)
A straightforward par 5, in which the main difficulties are concentrated in the last 70m. where there is a large waste area (sandy but not an obstacle)instead of fairway, lined by several bunkers and a deep bunker in front of the green. The relatively narrow green has two platforms, and over-shots frequently run far down the back and left side slopes.

HOLE 17 (when 11 is not played)
A tricky par 3, as it is slightly uphill and the sea breeze blows across from the right. The tall pine trees on the right catch any slightly straying tee shot and the small green is protected by two front bunkers.

HOLE 18
This is the longest par 4 and, from the back tees, requires considerable carry to avoid the tall pine trees. Shorter hitters can play just left of the pine copse, but this may bring the out-of-bounds on the right into play. The small, undulating green is protected by two bunkers, a menacing out-of-bounds very close on the right and a steep downhill slope at the back.

Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this green!
